Woody: Nigel,just the man I was looking for.
Nigel: Really?You sure your not looking for Jordan?
Woody: What? No I sort of need some help with a case I'm working on.
Nigel: Well them I'm your guy,what can I do for you?
Woody: We're looking for a man who broke out of prison a few days ago in New Jersey. He's heading for New York we think and then he might be headed here.
Nigel: Here to Boston?
Nigel: Do you have a name for this guy?
Woody: Yeah here to Boston. The man's name is Jason Morgan. He broke out of prison with 3 other men. They were later found executed on the highway that leads to New York.
Nigel: Wait, Jason Morgan as in Adam Morgan, as in Adam's dad?
Woody: Yeah as in Adam's dad.
Nigel: Ok...so you think that the three other people, who you don't have to names for I take it, was executed by Jason Morgan?
Woody: Yeah we do. They were killed the same way his first victim was.
Nigel: And his first victim was Adam's mother right?
Woody: Yeah and that's why he may end up heading here. He's after Adam now.
Nigel: Ok, so what do you need me to find, besides where Jason is?
Woody: Any information you can find out on him will do us good. I know that he's done a string of robberies along his way. And the first people he'll be looking for are Kate and Simon Anderson. They were Adams last foster parents.
Nigel: Ok let me do a search on the Andersons.See where they work which might help out to find out where they are.
Woody: That's great Nigel. Thanks for helping out. I should have the journal that James left on my desk when I get back to the office.
Nigel: Why don't you go get it now so I can look at it and when you get back I should have something?
Woody: Ok great. (starts for the door)
Woody leaves, goes to his office and finds the journal sitting on his desk. he grabs the journal and heads back to the morgue. he finds Nigel in his lab when he gets there
Woody: Here you go Nige. (handing the journal over) The man should have been classified insane.
Nigel: I don't think insane covers it.
Nigel: Ok while you were gone I've found some info that may help us out.
Nigel: The Andersons live in New York.
Woody: Ok I'll call the department there and get them to send a unit to watch their house. Any luck contacting them?
Nigel: No, see this is the strange thing, I did get in contact with the companies they work for and they both said that they both had asked for two weeks off, they didn't say why though.
Woody: Vacation?
Nigel: Maybe...but you said that Jason went through New York?
Woody: He was heading toward New York. That's what our last report showed.
Nigel: Ok, I also found out that Simon took quite a bit of money out of his bank account, not sure why though.
Nigel: Wait, didn't you say that Jason was on a robbing spree?
Woody: Yeah, there were a few on the road toward New York and the descriptions we have so far all match his.
Nigel: Ok tell me what you think about this.....
Nigel: Simon and Kate said they were taking some time off but what if they are actually dead.....
Woody: I"d hate for that to actually be true.
Nigel: But Woody think about it it all fits, them taking time off, whatever that means, the string of robberies, a large sum of money that I can't find yet.....
Woody: Nigel if you were taking a vacation wouldn't you take money out of the bank?
Nigel: And this all just happens right after Jason escapes?Coincidence, I think not...
Nigel: Well, there are many reasons for taking out large sums of money...what if Kate and Simon knew something was going to happen but they wanted Adam to have the money....or they were going to run but didn't do it in enough time.....should I go on?
Woody: And the theories could go on and on. So far all it points too is that they went on vacation. Although your tangents have been right before..
Nigel: Yeah, well I will just have to keep on digging won't I.
Woody: That's why I came to you Nige.
Nigel: Question, do you know if Kate or Simon wanted to travel anywhere has Adam ever said anything about them wanting to travel?
Woody: No Adam didn't say anything. I could ask him when I see him.
Nigel: Well can you see if anyone in New York can go to the Andersons house and see if they can find the money there?
Nigel: Wait (as the computer beeps)
Nigel walks over to the computer.
Nigel: Um Woody...
Woody: (walks over to where Nigel is) Yeah?
Nigel: I think you were right about Jason coming to Boston....
Woody: What did you find?
Nigel: Well, you know the money that Simon took out of the bank, well I've been tracking it and it was last used in a gun shop here in Boston.
Woody: What gun shop?
Nigel: Um the Spikeys Gun Store, its downtown.
Woody: Great, Thanks Nige. I'm going to head over there and see if I can get any information from them.
Nigel: Why don't I come with you?
Woody: Sure that'd be great .
